PRICING

Fees are $200.00/hour ($300.00/hour for Saturdays and Sundays) with a two-hour minimum that must be paid before mediation begins for parties without representation.
Fees are split between both parties.
Full days up to eight hours are available at a discount of $1200.00 (weekends are not eligible for discounted rates) and must be pre-booked and pre-paid. This is a standard one full day rate up to eight hours. No monies will be refunded if session is completed before the full time. Each additional hour over eight is billed at $200.00/hour.
Final payment is due immediately at the end of the day’s session.
Parties that qualify for State assistance toward mediation must be declared by the court to be eligible for assistance prior to mediation and must show proof that the court has deemed them qualified.
Additional fees may be charged for the time spent drafting the agreement.
At the time the parties review the agreement, they shall pay for the time spent drafting the agreement.

If there is some conflict in schedule, that party will immediately notify the mediator.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to mediation will forfeit the two-hour minimum payment.
Cancellations must be rescheduled and began within 30 days of the cancellation date. The two-hour minimum deposit will be credited toward the rescheduled mediation. Inability to begin mediation within 30 days forfeits the deposit payment.
